More than 90 musicians aged 13 to 93 will converge at Pioneer Park Sunday evening for the Nevada County Concert Band’s annual invitational picnic and pops concert.

In keeping with a theme of songs about water, musicians from Nevada County and beyond will play tunes such as “Moon River” and “Cry Me a River.”

The free concert begins at 5 p.m. at the park bandshell. For more information, call 272-6228 or go to 222.nccb.org.
